Many major ISPs insist that you use their mail servers to send your site's outgoing e-mail, in an attempt to control possible spam originating from your account.  As a result of this you may well find that you can receive your e-mail fine from your ServeLink account but are unable to send e-mail as your provider is blocking the SMTP port.  In this case you need to simply enter the ISP's SMTP server name when you configure your e-mail client.  Your mail will look just the same to the recipient as if it was sent from your ServeLink account.

Probably you can find the ISPs mail server name in a mail account you have already set up on your computer, and we've provided a list of some you can try here.  Otherwise you may need to ask them.
